Kangaroos are found in Australia and surrounding islands, and are comfortable in a variety of habitats. Gray kangaroos live in wooded areas while red kangaroos live in open areas. All kangaroos are grazers and carry their babies in a pouch. Their powerful back legs can jump up to 40 feet and kick out at predators. Their front arms have razor sharp claws.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this stuffed little kangaroo goes towards Abhaya Charitable Foundation (USA), a nonprofit organization providing housing, education, and support of disadvantaged children throughout the world.
