I have bought from your website several times since Christmas. I have 2 children in elementary school so you can imagine the number of birthday parties we go to. I wanted something that would be unique to take to the parties. My good friend told me about your website and I am addicted now!
I recently bought a Hello Kitty Charm bracelet and the Press-n-Play doll with an extra outfit. The mother of the little girl we gave these items to called me and asked where in the world I found the charm bracelet because she had been looking EVERYWHERE for one! Then she also raved about the Press-n-play and said what a hit it was with her daughter (who was turning 5). I was hesitant to reveal my secret but finally gave her your website and she told me that she was planning to buy some of the charms off of your website!
Over Christmas I bought some stuff for my nephews (who by the way have everything!!!) and my sister called me to tell me how pleased she was that I didnt get the kids junky toys and her comment was "I appreciate that it is stuff they can actually get some use out of!"

I had to email and thank you for your wonderful Customer Service Department. I called your company on Monday, November 29th to order your beautiful Christmas Advent Calender but was concerned that it might not arrive in time to start the holiday countdown. I talked to the most wonderful sales representative who assured me she would do everything she could to get it to me by December 1st. She was full of the Christmas spirit and so pleasant to talk to. Sure enough I went home on December 1st to find that a package had arrived and my calender had come just in time to put up the first item. I was so excited and I was thrilled with how beautiful the calender was. It is hanging in our home and we are fully enjoying it, as we will for years to come. I made a terrible error, confusing two companies and called with my complaint, leaving a message on CDK machine, when my problem was actually with another company. Cyndi immediately returned my phone call and patiently assisted me and was so gracious when I realized my irratation / frustration was not toward CDK but another company, totally separate... again, my error but Cyndi's patience and interest in customer service!
Thank you Cyndi for your concern, patient response and generosity by leaving me some dignity for my mistake....I will definitely return to this company for all future purchases!

I just received my Soft Sculpture Dragon wall hanging. It is perfect!!!!! I'm creating a medieval knights scene for the baby room and this is exactly what I envisioned. I received a package from on Friday I think...it was full of fabulous products I ordered! They arrived fast and very professionally packaged! and on the inside.... super nice products! I ordered a ballet slipper switchplate for my daughter's dance instructor, two cute t-shirts for my nephew and niece, and some cushy critters and wrist wrappers for my kids! They are so cute and soooo soft! My kids will be tickled at Xmas! We got the stuffed animals today. They are so fury and cuddly. I can't wait for my boys to be big enough to hold them. The nature baby bunnies will definitely be a favorite cuddly toy!!! (Of course right now they are almost as big as my two guys, they are 2 weeks old today). We can't wait to be able to put the wrappers on the carriage when we take them on walks, to the Dr. or to the mall. I'll be sure to keep your card in my wallet because I'm sure we'll be asked about the wrappers. The bears are a great size for little ones too. Friday afternoon, I placed an order with Cyndi Steinmetz of CDK Enterprises. I ordered several of the many Cushy Critters that she has available. I wasn't sure if I would receive the order in time for my daughter's birthday at the end of this week. I didn't mention my "time constraint" worry with Cyndi when placing the order and figured that if I got the package after my daughter's birthday that she would just get those cute stuffed animals a little late.
To my surprise and delight, I already received my order! Not only is Cyndi fast in delivering and enjoyable to talk with, the "critters" are very reasonably priced and are soooooooo cute (well worth the money spent).

Well, when Minky arrived my 15 year old daughter pulled him from the box and that was it! She captured him and fell in love! I have never seen a Minky Bear before, but they are the softest and most huggable bear ever!
