If you are not completely satisfied with any item (**some restrictions apply to custom soft sculpture bedroom decor items), return it - following the guidelines below - in the original packaging (unused / undamaged) within 30 days for a refund or store credit (less shipping and handling). (Defective products should be reported to us immediately either via email - cdk@cdkenterprises.com or via phone - 1.877.840.4949.)
- All returned items must be received within 30 days of receipt of purchase and must be in resalable condition.
- Returns of used, damaged, or incomplete (missing pieces) merchandise may not be accepted. (A partial refund of up to 50% of the item's price may be issued at the sole discretion of CDK Enterprises.)
- Send a copy of the sales receipt/invoice along with a note indicating the reason for the return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Use a box to return your item(s) to ensure protection of the merchandise while in transit. (No manilla, tyvek, or bubble envelopes, or similar packaging as this type of packaging often tears or gets bent and creased during transit resulting in damaged package contents.) Items that arrive in damaged condition due to improper return packaging are only eligible for a partial refund or credit of up to 50% of item's price.
- CDK Enterprises reserves the right to examine and refuse damaged returned merchandise.
- **Custom Soft Sculpture Bedroom Decor Restrictions:
- Names with connected letters may not be returned.
- Names with individual letters (non-connected) and non-colored centers (where applicable) may be returned following the guidelines above.
- Returns of items with custom numbers or color combinations must be approved by CDK prior to return and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (Custom items returned without prior approval are only eligible for a partial refund or credit of up to 50% of item's price.)
- We reserve the right 1) to refuse returns of custom items we deem un-resaleable due to color combinations chosen or 2) to issue store credit in lieu of a credit card refund for customized items. (If unsure of colors, please request swatch samples.)
- Standard color schemes (primary, pastel, jewel, dusty, nature, and garden) and items that are single colors are not considered "customized" and may be returned following the guidelines listed above.
