CDK Satisfaction Guarantee 100% Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with any item (**some restrictions apply to custom soft sculpture bedroom decor items), return it - following the guidelines below - in the original packaging (unused / undamaged) within 30 days for a refund or store credit (less shipping and handling). All returned items must be received within 30 days of receipt of purchase and must be in resalable condition. Returns of used or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. Send a copy of the sales receipt along with a note indicating the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Use a box to return your items to ensure protection of the merchandise while in transit. (No manilla, tyvek, or bubble envelopes, or similar packaging as this type of packaging often tears or gets bent and creased during transit.) CDK Enterprises reserves the right to examine and refuse damaged returned merchandise. **Custom Soft Sculpture Bedroom Decor Restrictions: Names with connected letters may not be returned. Names with individual letters (non-connected) and non-colored centers (where applicable) may be returned following the guidelines above. Returns of items with custom numbers or color combinations must be approved by CDK prior to return and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right 1) to refuse returns of custom items we deem un-resaleable due to color combinations chosen or 2) to issue store credit in lieu of a credit card refund for customized items.
