Our goal at CDK-Kids is 100% customer satisfaction so we want you to love every item you purchase from CDK-Kids. As such, if you are not completely satisfied with any item (**though some restrictions do apply to custom Fabric Wall Art items), return it - following the guidelines below - within 30 days** for a refund or store credit (less shipping and handling).
**NOTE: During the months of October, November, and December, the return window is extended until the end of January.
While it is rare, mistakes do occasionally occur. If you receive a defective item or an item that is different from what you ordered, please let us know right away so that we can get the situation corrected for you. You can either call us (877.840.4949) or use the "My Support Requests" link under the "My Account" tab. For customers without an account, please use the Contact Us link under the "Help" tab.
- All returned items must be received within 30 days** from the carrier delivery date and must be in new, unused, undamaged condition.
- Returns of used, damaged, or incomplete (missing pieces) merchandise may not be accepted, though a partial refund of up to 50% of the item's price may be issued at the sole discretion of CDK Enterprises.
- **Returns from orders placed in November and December have an extended return time-frame and must be received by the end of January.
- Please include a copy of the sales receipt or invoice, along with a note indicating the reason for the return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- If you refuse the delivery of your package from the shipping carrier, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund or credit.
- Be sure to use a box to return your item(s) to ensure its protection while in transit.
- Do not use manilla, tyvek, or bubble envelopes, or similar packaging as this type of packaging often tears or gets bent, creased, or crushed during transit resulting in damaged package contents.
- Items that arrive in damaged condition due to improper return packaging may only be eligible for a partial refund or credit of up to 50% of item's price.
- We also reserve the right to examine and refuse damaged returned merchandise.
- **Custom Fabric Wall Art Restrictions:
- Names with connected letters may not be returned.
- Names with individual letters (non-connected) and non-colored centers (where applicable) are not considered "customized" and may be returned following our standard return guidelines shown above.
- Returns of items with custom numbers or color combinations must be approved by CDK prior to return and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Custom items returned without prior approval may only be eligible for a partial refund or credit of up to 50% of item's price.
- We reserve the right 1) to refuse returns of custom items we deem un-resaleable due to color combinations chosen or 2) to issue store credit in lieu of a credit card refund for customized items.
- If you are unsure of which colors to choose, please request swatch samples. We are happy to send these free of charge.
- Standard color schemes (primary, pastel, jewel, dusty, nature, and garden) and items that are single colors are not considered "customized" and may be returned following our standard return guidelines shown above.
