Service Area & Carriers
CDK currently ships throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia via UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground and USPS (United States Postal Service). Upon request (and approval of additional charges), orders can also be shipped via UPS express services.

Processing Time
- CDK currently ships most orders within two business days, (usually the very next business day).
- Items are normally in stock unless otherwise noted on the individual item page.
- However, some orders may require additional time. For example...
- Most of our Soft Sculpture Bedroom Decor is made-to-order so orders which include these items normally ship in 2-4 weeks from the date of the order. (These items are designated with a "This item is made-to-order and will ship in 2-4 weeks" notation directly below the "Add to Cart" button on the individual item page.)
- Personalized books normally ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Orders which include items designated with an "estimated ship date" will ship complete once all items are in stock. However, you may request that the in stock items ship immediately with the "estimated ship date" items shipping when they become available for an additional shipping charge. (See shipping cost chart below.)
- Orders paid via check are held approximately 7 business days for check clearance.
If it is estimated that an order (excluding those exceptions listed above) will not ship within one week (due to out of stocks, etc.), we will attempt to notify the customer of the delay via email and/or phone.

Order Tracking
Upon shipment, an email with the package tracking information is automatically generated through our UPS or USPS systems. This email is sent to the email address submitted in the billing address portion of your order. If, for some reason, you do not receive this email or if you would simply like assistance in tracking your order, please do not hesitate to call (877.840.4949) or send us an email (cdk@cdkenterprises.com). We are happy to track the package for you.

Customers requesting deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia addresses will be sent a freight quote via e-mail if shipping costs will be more than what is calculated by our shopping cart due to your location. Approval of the revised freight charges must be received before the shipment will be sent.
